All packages are shipped with care, checking all items prior to packaging for your peace of mind.
We have a 1-2 business day processing time for all orders, once received.

USA
- FREE Express Shipping on all orders over $150 ($10 for orders under $150) - usually takes 2-3 business days
- $15 Express Shipping is available at checkout for orders under $150
AUSTRALIA
- FREE Shipping on ALL orders over $150 ($11.95 for orders under $150) - usually takes 3-7 business days
- If arriving from our USA Warehouse, shipping is $25 for orders under $150
WORLDWIDE
- USPS First Class International is available for other countries not listed above - usually takes 7-21 business days - pricing is automatically calculated at checkout

As much as our packages are posted securely and on time, all shipping times are estimates only and carriers may exceed these times during high volume periods or when there are unforeseen delays in their networks.
Once the package leaves our warehouse, we cannot change any shipping information. If a package is marked as delivered by the postal service, we are unable to re-send a product. All tracking updates are provided by the postal service and independent to HIPTEASE, so a missing or damaged package will need to be investigated by the postal service separately.
